How customer payment link requests work

When you submit the form, it’s sent to our Sales and Accounts Management team. They then check the details against the confirmed order/booking and match the correct amount and payment type. Once matched, they send your payment link to the contact details you provided, typically within 5 minutes. In some cases (for example, if the booking details need confirming), payment links may be sent within 48 hours.
