Insurance (Public Liability & Employers’ Liability)
We maintain appropriate insurance cover for the services we provide, including:

Public Liability Insurance to cover claims made by third parties for injury or damage arising from our activities.

Employers’ Liability Insurance to cover claims made by employees (where required by UK law).
Insurance cover is subject to the terms, conditions, limits and exclusions set out in the relevant policy documentation. Nothing on this page changes or expands the scope of any insurance policy.

Health & Safety
We comply with all applicable UK health and safety laws and take reasonable steps to provide safe working practices. This includes, where appropriate:
risk assessments, safe systems of work, appropriate supervision, training and instruction, hazard reporting, and incident/accident reporting in accordance with company procedures and statutory requirements.

Service delivery & customer premises 
Where we perform work on customer premises or in third-party environments, we follow safe working practices and comply with any reasonable site rules and instructions provided by the relevant party.

Goods handling / services involving transport or moving
Where we handle, transport, or move goods as part of our services, our responsibilities and any relevant limitations are set out in our contract terms and/or booking information. Any claims will be assessed in accordance with the applicable terms and the relevant circumstances.

Data protection

Employment law (employers’ liability)
As required by UK law, we hold Employers’ Liability Insurance and we provide evidence of cover on request.
